Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) Medical Laboratory Science

Diploma Program
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science
Offered under the purview of the Department of Medical Diagnostics with sponsorship from the Mastercard Foundation, this three-year Diploma program trains competent Medical Laboratory Technologists. This practical, skills-focused program emphasises the techniques required for the accurate and efficient execution of routine diagnostic laboratory tests. Graduates are trained to:
- Perform standardised laboratory procedures across all diagnostic sections (Haematology, Histopathology, Microbiology, Chemical Pathology).
- Manage and maintain basic laboratory equipment.
